Differences?
I was reading an article recently entitled, "Differences Between Guys and Girls" and came across a few funny ones. #8 and #15 has to be one of the funniest!
#4 Guys use restrooms solely for biological reasons — to drain their bladder. Girls, on the other hand, use restrooms as social lounges. Guys will never speak a word or make eye contact with others they don’t know there. But girls who’ve never even met will, by the time they’re finished, leave laughing out loud together like old friends.
#6 All week, a girl will thoughtfully make an extensive list of things to purchase at the store and when she arrives, she walks directly from item to item, comparing prices and coupons. When the frig is empty and starting to grow things, a guy will just show up at the closest store and start cruising up and down every aisle, throwing in his basket anything that looks appealing. Even though his cart is jam-packed, he will try to butt in the 10 items-or-less checkout line.
#8 When a girl says she will be ready in five minutes, she’s using the same meaning of time as when a guy says the football game has just five minutes left to play. Neither the guy nor the girl is counting time-outs, commercials, or replays!
#13 A girl worries about the future until she gets a husband, while a guy never worries about the future until he gets a wife.
#15 Girls love cats. Guys say they love cats, but when girls aren’t looking, they kick cats.

This is my take on the whole thing:
#4 - sometimes i go just to socialize with some one, but only if needed. :) (ie: we need to talk, lets go to the bathroom)
#6 - I am not as thoughtful and listful in my purchasing. i guess i am more like a guy this way.
#8 - i think i do ok on this most of the time, but i guess the true test would be to ask brian. LOL!
#13 - I dont know about this one. maybe.
#15 - whether you are a cat lover or not, you just have to laugh at that one. LOL! i dont love cats. i like them. i have had them i the past and it was fine. though my roommate amy and i did one time own 2 kittens. they were flee infested and couldnt remember to go potty in the litter box, so after a month or so, we put them outside. they would climb up the screens and meow in the windows as loud as they could at us. finally they ran away (maybe it was b/c we forgot to feed them.) ok, so i wasnt so responsible with that one. LOL!
some cats are sweet. amber (my roommate) used to live in an apartment that was at the bottom of someones house and she would cat-sit for them. ok, that cat was so loving and such a people person. kinda like a dog.
